Mini-eco

Today I discovered Mini-eco, an amazing blog with lots of DIY tutorials. I spend my whole Sunday morning reading and browsing this site and got inspired to start crafting by this Easter garland and paper heart below.

Kate Lilley set up Mini-eco three years ago when she was a fulltime mum. Now that her sons are at school, she spends her days freelancing and working on her second book. Thanks Kate for sharing all of this great stuff!

Fill me with treats
Ghost treat boxes
Cute & easy! The little milk bottles are lovely to see. Fill them with sweeties and you have the perfect gift. Nice idea for your kids’ (or your own) birthday party!

Cross stitch wrap
Happy wrapping
Happy wrapping! On Mini-eco I also found these cute cross stitch wrap printables. The one with the crown is my favourite. I think Beatrix would love this!

Paper medallions
Mini paper decorations
How pretty are these mini medallions made of paper? To hang up as decoration or to make a fabulous gift!

Easter garland
DIY Easter garland
How cute is this rabbit garland? Your kids can make their own miffy garland for Easter. It’s very easy, but so sweet! They would also look very cute in a nursery room!

Paper heart
Paper heart box
Simply gorgeous! I really love this gift-wrap idea. Make this paper heart box and put in a small present or write some lovely words in it.

PS Kate is also Pinterest fanatic, so follow her!
